The 'ar' program of binutils seems to crash when ran on the PC, trying to cross for the PowerPC/AIX (from i686-pc-linux) Is that a known bug? It seems to crash in bfd, in some ..._write_contents function. If any more details about the crash are useful, I'll be happy to paste them in the thread. thanks, Eyal Lotem
