Missing 64-bit PPC instructions

I can't find these opcodes in my data books; this probably means I'm
missing one.  Do you have a reference?

I'm particularly curious to know what the difference between rfi and
rfid is.  My powerpc user's manual already gives a 64-bit
interpretation for rfi.
