Can't build binutils 2.10 under Cygwin

Title: Can't build binutils 2.10 under Cygwin





It seems that the "undefined bfd_arm_arch" error is due to the fact that cpu-arm.o isn't being placed into libbfd.a under Cygwin (it is under Linux).  Any hints as to why this might be the case?  All of the other files that are present in the Linux libbfd.a are present in Cygwin's libbfd.a, cpu-arm.o is the only one that's missing.
