[patch] config/tc-cris.c & tc-i386.c: Fix formatting.

Hi,

Attached is a patch to fix formatting of config/tc-cris.c and tc-i386.c.

Since tc-cris.c has got so many changes in white spacing, I generated
'diff -bu' to ease the review process.  The file is named
tc-cris.c.patch2.
