   Btw. there're some more problems in the intl/libgettext.h.  Who is
   responsible for this?  The fix is straightforward.

I think we have our own copy of the intl directory.  We changed some
of the config stuff.  I think we will refresh it from the next gettext
release.  So go ahead and patch it in the binutils repository.

As far as I know, Ulrich is still the gettext maintainer, so you can
send him the patch too (<drepper@cygnus.com>).
