Errors compiling coff-tic54x.c from todays CVS source

     What target are you compiling for?  tic54x is not yet a valid target
   (i.e. the rest of its support is not yet checked in).

He may be compiling with --enable-targets=all.

It's OK for this to fail in the development sources for a few days,
provided we are on a path to fix it.
