selective5 seems ok on Linux/x86.

BTW, has anyone tried --enable-targets=all? There are many problems. I
will send a patch soon. Also, the DWARF stuff in gas uses bfd_vma. But
it won't work if BFD_ASSEMBLER is not defined.
