FTP snapshots

I've modified Ken's old FTP snapshots scripts to work on the
sourceware machine.  People who can not use CVS, or who prefer not to,
can now find daily snapshots of the binutils sources at
    ftp://sourceware.cygnus.com/pub/binutils/snapshots

I just set this up today, and I'm sure there will be problems.  Please
let me know if you notice any.

It would be nice to have daily automated testing of the binutils.
However, I prefer not to do this on the overloaded sourceware machine.
Something along the lines of what egcs does would be great.  Since the
binutils testsuite is much smaller, it wouldn't take that many
resources.  Is anybody interested in setting that up?
