    objcopy: zap ELF visibility when localizing symbols
    
    The spec explicitly precludes STB_LOCAL together with STV_PROTECTED (and,
    implicitly, STV_HIDDEN or STV_INTERNAL), so we better wouldn't (entirely
    silently) write out symbols violating this.
