[binutils-gdb] Avoid compiler warning in dwarf-do-refresh

    Avoid compiler warning in dwarf-do-refresh
    
    The Emacs 28 compiler warns about dwarf-mode.el:
    
    Warning (comp): dwarf-mode.el:180:32: Warning: Unused lexical argument `ignore'
    
    This is easily fixed by prepending "_" to the parameter's name.
