[binutils-gdb] Include coff/sym.h from coff/ecoff.h

    Include coff/sym.h from coff/ecoff.h
    
    coff/ecoff.h refers to some names defined in coff/sym.h.  Include the
    latter from the former, so that users of the header don't need to know
    this detail.
