    Allow an IR object with unknown architecture
    
    An IR object may have an unknown architecture.  But it is compatible
    with other architecture.
    
    	PR ld/23600
    	* archures.c (bfd_arch_get_compatible): Allow an IR object with
    	unknown architecture.
