    PR23169 bogus test
    
    The testcase isn't valid.  If it happens to run on your target, you're
    lucky.
    
    	PR 23169
    	* testsuite/ld-ifunc/ifunc.exp: Don't run pr23169 tests on
    	powerpc.  Comment.
