    LD: Remove a stale `ldlex_command' prototype
    
    Complement commit d4e5e3c330d5 ("Use getopt instead of lex and yacc to
    parse the command line.") and remove a stale `ldlex_command' prototype
    for an inexistent function removed back in 1994.
