    readelf: Make version section index sum unsigned
    
    Make `isum' unsigned like data it is calculated from.
    
    	binutils/
    	* readelf.c (process_version_sections) <SHT_GNU_verdef>: Make
    	`isum' unsigned.
    	<SHT_GNU_verneed>: Likewise.
