    Don't check relocations in excluded sections
    
    When checking relocations after gc-sections has run, the unused sections
    have been removed.  Don't check relocations in excluded sections.
    
    	* elflink.c (_bfd_elf_link_check_relocs): Don't check relocations
    	in excluded sections
