    This patch removes the inclusion of the default manifest in final links for
    the Cygwin and MinGW targets.  The manifest is now going to be handled by gcc.
    
    	* scripttempl/pe.sc (R_RSRC): Remove default manifest.
    	* scripttempl/pep.sc (R_RSRC): Remove default manifest.
