	* tic6x-opcode-table.h: Fix encoding of BNOP instruction.
	
	* gas/tic6x/insns-c674x-pcrel.s: Add test of BNOP instruction
	within header based fetch packet.
	* gas/tic6x/insns-c674x-pcrel.d: Update expected disassembly.
