Log message:
	* config/tc-ppc.c (md_show_usage): Remove -l and -b.  Add -K PIC.
	* doc/as.texinfo (Overview <Target PowerPC options>): Add a number
	of missing options.
	* doc/c-ppc.texi: Likewise.
