	PR binutils/10492
	* elf.c (sym_is_global): Return true even for BSF_GNU_UNIQUE
	symbols.
	* elf32-mips.c (mips_elf_sym_is_global): Likewise.
	* elfn32-mips.c (mips_elf_sym_is_global): Likewise.
