	* elf32-bfin.c (bfin_check_relocs, bfin_relocate_section,
	bfin_final_link_relocate, bfin_gc_mark_hook, bfin_gc_sweep_hook,
	ELF_DYNAMIC_INTERPRETER, DEFAULT_STACK_SIZE,
	struct _bfinfdpic_dynamic_got_info): Moved around to keep FD-PIC code
	separate from non-FD-PIC.
