	* configure.in (DLLTOOL_DEFAULT): New. Defined for the first PE
	target.
	(DLLTOOL_DEFS): Add $DLLTOOL_DEFAULT.
	* configure: Regenerated.
	
	* dlltool.c (mname): Defined with DLLTOOL_DEFAULT_XXX.
