Log message:
	* configure.in (BFDLIB, BFDVER_H, ALL_OBJ_DEPS): Delete.
	* Makefile.am (GASLIBS): Expand @BFDLIB@.
	(BFDVER_H): Delete.
	(OBJS): Expand @ALL_OBJ_DEPS@.  Depend on all fopen-*.h variants.
	(obj-aout.o): Depend on $(DEP_@target_get_type@_aout)
	(obj-coff.o, obj-ecoff.o, obj-elf.o): Similarly.
	Run "make dep-am".
	* dep-in.sed: Don't substitute bfdver.h.  Do remove symcat.h.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
	* doc/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
	* configure: Regenerate.
