Log message:
	* config/tc-bfin.c (Expr_Node_Gen_Reloc): If have symbol + constant,
	make a single reloc with an offset rather than a stack.
	* config/tc-bfin.h (MD_APPLY_SYM_VALUE): Define to 0.
