	* gas/macros/dot.s: Don't use pseudo-ops in first column.
	* gas/macros/dot.l: Match broader range of possible outputs.
	* gas/macros/purge.l: Likewise.
	* gas/macros/purge.s: Start generated macro names with an underscore.
