	* crx-opc.c (crx_optab): Mark all rbase_disps* operands as signed.
	(no_op_insn): Initialize array with instructions that have no
	operands.
	* crx-dis.c (make_instruction): Get rid of COP_BRANCH_INS operand swapping.
