Log message:
	* dllwrap.c: Replace 'program_name' with 'prog_name' to avoid conflicts with
	exported global defined in bucomm.h.
	(deduce_name): Rename parameter 'program_name' to 'name' to avoid shadowing
	the global defined in bucomm.h.
