Log message:
	* ldlang.c (IGNORE_SECTION): Don't ignore SEC_ALLOC && !SEC_LOAD
	sections.  Do ignore SEC_NEVER_LOAD sections.
	(lang_size_sections_1): Remove test made redundant with the above.
