Log message:
	* elf64-ppc.c (ppc_get_stub_entry): Change third param to a
	"struct ppc_link_hash_entry *".
	(ppc64_elf_relocate_section): Ditto for type of h.  Introduce h_elf
	to satisfy RELOC_FOR_GLOBAL_SYMBOL.
