Log message:
	* emulparams/elf64ppc.sh (DATA_ADDR): Define.
	* emulparams/elf64_aix.sh (DATA_ADDR): Don't use a fixed address
	for start of .data, instead align up to 256M boundary.
	* scripttempl/aix.sc: Likewise.
