Log message:
	* elf32-sparc.c (elf32_sparc_relocate_section): Put R_SPARC_RELATIVE
	addend into r_addend, not *r_offset.
	(elf32_sparc_finish_dynamic_symbol): Likewise.
	* elf64-sparc.c (sparc64_elf_finish_dynamic_symbol): Clear xword at
	R_SPARC_RELATIVE's r_offset.
