	(eelf32vax.c)

	* configure.tgt (vax-*-netbsdelf*)
	(vax-*-netbsdaout*)
	(vax-*-netbsd*): New targets.
	* emulparams/elf32vax.sh: New file.
	* emulparams/vaxnbsd.sh: New file.
