	* rcparse.y: Remove newcmd rule.  Move rcparse_discard_strings
	call to rules that need no lookahead.  Check for no lookahead.
	
	* rclex.l (get_string): Correct "strings" list handling.
	* resrc.c (read_rc_file): Discard strings.
