	* coff-mips.c (mips_ecoff_backend_data):  Add initialization of
	_bfd_coff_force_symnames in strings and
	_bfd_coff_debug_string_prefix_length to their default values.
	* coff-sh.c: (bfd_coff_small_swap_table): Ditto.
