Log message:
	* gas/hppa/reloc/*.s: Use .code instead of .SPACE/.SUBSPA for
	sectioning.
	* gas/hppa/parse/parse.exp: Disable tests not appropriate for PA64.
	Revamp address expressions slightly to handle an arbitrary sized
	address.
