Solved:

   <xsl:otherwise>
        <xsl:comment>&lt;meta name="<xsl:value-of select="@name"/>"
content="<xsl:value-of select="@name"/>"/></xsl:comment> &#160;
      </xsl:otherwise>
    </xsl:choose>
  </xsl:template>


Mmm. I'd still like opinions as to why its there.
