You can refer to this very site where you have posted your query.The XSL-lists provide plenty of useful tips.Another site I recommend is http://www.dpawson.co.uk/xsl/. 
And the best site is http://www.w3.org/TR/xslt. 
The W3C Recommendation is the std. for XSL and if you go through the same,it should be of immense help.

Hi All,

We have requirement to convert XML to XML.

Basically

There are lot of Source with different XML layout and
we have to convert into one single layout. I know that
XSL is the best way to do? Is there is any site so
that i can learn it quickly and if there is any tool
which will do this automaticaly. Please help me in
this regard.
