one line of xml to indented xml doc

This is what I have and would like to know how to indent the document.
The xml is coming from an application, and it's url encoded.

xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"
xmlns:fo="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Format">
<xsl:output method="xml" indent="yes" encoding="UTF-8"/>
<xsl:template match=" * | node() | text() | @* ">
<xsl:copy>
<xsl:apply-templates select=" * | node() |
@*"/> </xsl:copy>
</xsl:template>
</xsl:stylesheet>
