the only thing i can think of is that now that IE recognizes DOCTYPE that
you have the browser behaving correctly.
otherwise i have never noticed this with when preparsing using msxml, saxon,
sablotron, xerces, etc....
printing from a browser has always been a tricky thing, and average at best
for quality.
