Since this looks like it could have a big impact on XSL but I haven't
noticed it mentioned here I'll give a pointer below some comments I just
sent to the comment list www-xml-query-comments@w3.org.
Might be interesting reading for the EXSLT folks to reconcile their
function collections with this proposed lot......
