Do they still accept new user requirements? If anyone has an idea and wants to
propose a new feature, what should they do?

It would be nice to get some feedback from the wg on what is happening.
If you look at other wgs they are very active on the lists prompting
feedback and responding to questions about what is happening. Ok there
is http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/xsl-editors/ but it doesn't seem
to cover very much apart from xsl-fo
What about some feedback guys!
