Use <xsl:output method="html" indent="yes" />
Just inside your <xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl=" ....">
MSXML 3 supports it. I am just not sure about others.
For more information see p 78 & 79 & 626 of Professional XSL from Wrox. My
2nd edition of Michael Kay's book is at home but my guess is that it is in
there too.
Hope this helps.

Yes, by using CDATA sections

or by escaping < and > to < and > in a xsl:text statement
<xsl:text>

</xsl:text>
But then the output in the HTML is

and
I want it to be

. Is there no way around that?
