Subject: [xsl] hex\decimal

Hello,

I have an XML file where the design work resulted in color values being
decimal values. I would like to convert these to Hex.

I figure I can use a lookup table or if that is too costly parse the XML in
Java and run it through a output file filter (no desire to do this option).
Has anyone had any experience with the first option. Any other options seem
viable?

Thanks in advance.
