Oracle's XSQL Pages publishing framework also
supports both web-based and offline rendering, and
its optimized for doing heavy database-centric XML/XSLT
publishing.
The framework's free as well as being a supported
and pre-installed feature of the Oracle8i and
Oracle IAS 9i products. See:
