| done in standard XSLT. Saxon, xt, and MSXML3, however, provide
| mechanisms to do this.
As of version 2.0.2.8 (the 2.0.2.9 is the current production)
the Oracle XSLT engine has a similar ora:node-set() mechanism
to the others mentioned.
