[Bug runtime/6834] New: stap-client should not use bash network redirections

stap-client contains:

function connect_to_server {
   # Open a connection to the server
   exec 3<> /dev/tcp/$1/$2
}

Such network redirections are disabled in Debian's bash, so this script does not
work. Please use netcat here, if possible.
