* lib/stap_run.exp, lib/stap_run2.exp: Allow caller to specify
additional arguments to pass to stap.
* systemtap.maps/ix_hist.exp: Add MAXACTION parameter.
* systemtap.stress/current.exp: Use generic stap_run call, and
generate a meaningful load if LTP is installed in /usr/local/ltp.
