pthread_kill problem

Hi,
I have downloaded the pthread source but does not have
pthread_kill implementation for win32.
Does anyone know if there are plans to implement this
function in Win32?
Also, does anyone have any ideas for a workaround so
all the resources and handles used by thread can be
released???
