Actually, the "gcc stdint.h" is actually just a wrapper that
includes the newlib one in libc/include/stdint.h. This means we
do whatever we please in terms of adjusting that contents for
header-internal-without-identifier-leakage use.
This depends on the "use_gcc_stdint" option in GCC "gcc/config.gcc".
