the libffi-3.0.11 release is missing some autoconf files

Subject: the libffi-3.0.11 release is missing some autoconf files

AX_CHECK_COMPILE_FLAG doesn't get substituted in configure, when running aclocal
-I m4 && autoconf.  The following files seem to be missing from the release:

  m4/ax_check_compile_flag.m4
  m4/ax_append_flag.m4
